Recent advancements include the introduction of Cotton Shell®, a 100% organic waterproof cotton fabric, and Cotton Down®, a 100% organic down-proof cotton fabric. Both are PFC-free, reflecting our commitment to safer, more sustainable textiles. Heritage and Evolution #
Founded in 1976 by Mr. Chen Wen-Jin, HerMin Textile Co., LTD emerged during a pivotal period in Taiwan’s economic transformation. Initially, our Tainan plant specialized in producing woven plaid fabrics using primarily natural fibers such as cotton, with silk, linen, and wool also featured. As market dynamics shifted and price competition intensified, we responded by developing natural fiber fabrics with enhanced value.
In recent years, our focus has shifted toward functional and sustainable research, ensuring that our products not only perform better but also help our clients tell compelling stories about quality and responsibility.

Our R&D team collaborates with fiber and finishing agent companies worldwide, including partners in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, the USA, and Taiwan.
